2. What is retrofit? Retrofit means leaving the existing window frames in and installing the new vinyl frames within the existing.

3. What is Low E Glass? A coating consisting of two very thin layers of silver which are applied to the second surface of an insolated glass unit to block radiant heat transfer and ultra violent rays (emissivity = 0.04).

4. What is argon gas? A constituent used to fill installation units to increase thermal performance in windows.

5. How long have you been in business? Moss Replacement Windows was established in 1999; Mike Macia the owner has been installing windows since 1990.

6. What is your territory? San Diego County up to and including Orange County.

7. Do the windows come with screens? All windows and sliding doors come with screens.
